Online purchasing is not yet available. The proposed policy below describes remedies planned for future purchases; it does not create a current sales or support agreement.
Proposed eligibility
Request review within 14 days of purchase for a duplicate payment, non-delivery, or a reproducible material mismatch with the documented product on its stated supported configuration.
Proposed resolution
We would investigate the order and issue, then provide a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. The draft requires a refund if a covered issue remains unresolved within 10 business days. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
How a request will be handled
For any future purchase, use the support route stated in your order and provide its identifier, product version and a description of the problem. Never send card numbers, bank details, passwords or confidential experimental files through a general inquiry.
Scoped engineering engagements
Factory pilot payment, milestones, cancellation, remedies and acceptance are specified in the signed statement of work. This download policy is not a substitute for a scoped industrial agreement.
