SCIENTIFIC SOFTWARE / RESEARCH & FACTORY DATA REVIEW
DOCUMENTATION / CORE TOOLS

Know the input.
Keep the evidence.

Start with a labeled example, review your units and grouping, and retain the original file with your report. The public previews and planned local editions have different limits. Online purchasing is not yet available.

Public browser evaluations

  • EIS single-spectrum viewer: exactly Frequency_Hz, Real_Ohm, Imag_Ohm, signed imaginary component, at least three unique positive frequencies; file upload limit 100 kB. No grouping or ECM/Lin-KK.
  • FormationIQ, FactoryIQ and MaterialsIQ: up to 250 records per run; file upload limit 400 kB. The public results table shows up to 30 rows.

The public examples calculate in your browser. Their source code can be inspected; the examples do not provide a private customer workspace.

Planned local editions

  1. Verify the SKU, version, license and checksum against your delivery record.
  2. Extract the entire ZIP into a local folder.
  3. Open the entitled tool's index.html in a desktop browser with JavaScript enabled.
  4. Load the included synthetic example, then review your CSV mapping and unit conventions.
  5. Analyze, inspect the warnings and export JSON, summary CSV and flags CSV.

No Python is needed for the four core local tools. A suite contains all four core apps under one shared named-user entitlement and one shared support allowance. Named-user limits are defined by the license; the local tools do not use an account-based seat-enforcement service.

Local delivery limits and export behavior

ItemCurrent boundary
Uploaded CSV12,000,000 bytes maximum per file; split larger datasets by valid analysis group.
Pasted text12,000,000 JavaScript string code units maximum. This is not a byte count for non-ASCII text.
Records50,000 per analysis. The on-screen local results table shows up to 200 rows; exports retain the full generated results.
OutputsJSON with retained source input and configuration; summary CSV; warning/flag CSV. HTML report export is disabled.
Hash availabilityInput SHA-256 depends on browser secure-context support. When unavailable, the report says so. A checksum detects byte changes; it does not independently establish authorship.
Browser/platform scopeThe local editions have been checked in desktop Chromium. Physical mobile devices and other browser engines have not been verified.

Input contracts

Each product page documents required fields, optional metadata and scientific limitations: EIS, formation, factory quality, materials.

Missing identifiers, ambiguous units, duplicate measurement-column mappings and malformed numeric inputs require correction or review. Do not combine cells, channels, runs or exposure conditions merely to obtain a single summary.

Common problems

  • No calculated result: check required fields, numeric values, timestamp eligibility and analysis-specific limits. A null result means a quantity was not assessable; it is not zero.
  • Unexpected EIS phase: confirm signed Im(Z) versus an exported -Im(Z) column, degrees versus radians, and zero magnitude, where phase is undefined.
  • Lower formation throughput: inspect gaps and rejected records. The analysis does not reconnect across invalid original records or estimate unmeasured throughput.
  • Missing specification metrics: inspect unit compatibility and specification consistency. Out-of-spec counts do not assign product disposition.
  • Downloads blocked: allow browser downloads for the local tool and retry the individual export. Confirm that the file appears in your downloads folder; if it does not, retain the error message for troubleshooting.
SEPARATE LOCAL PYTHON WORKFLOW

Advanced EIS research.

The advanced engine exists separately from the browser editions. It is not included in the EIS Audit Studio planned launch price of CAD 79 or the core suites.

Implemented research functions

Explicit circuit topology evaluation, constrained multistart fitting, residuals, conditional model scores and covariance, local rank and boundary diagnostics, and Lin-KK calculations are implemented in a separate Python engine.

This command-line workflow requires its specified Python dependencies and separate installation instructions. Research Pro is scoped separately and is not available for online purchase.

Interpretation and future work

A fit does not uniquely identify physical processes. Covariance depends on the stated statistical model; Lin-KK agreement does not establish universal physical validity.

Batch and temporal analyses, calibrated uncertainty, formation segmentation and efficiencies, measurement-system studies, degradation prediction and experimental-design/active-learning tools are not included in the current core editions.
