SCIENTIFIC SOFTWARE / RESEARCH & FACTORY DATA REVIEW
LEAD-ACID MANUFACTURERS / FACTORY DATA REVIEW

A clear answer to
one factory data question.

Bring a bounded historical export from formation, quality testing or alloy experiments. We agree the question, review the data and deliver a reproducible descriptive analysis with a written engineering readout.

The sample report uses synthetic data. It is not a client case study or evidence of measured savings.

FACTORY DATA REVIEW PILOT

Planned launch pricing from CAD 1,500.
Confirmed after scoping.

One plant, one agreed problem, one agreed export format. Payment is arranged only after the written scope and commercial terms are accepted.

Questions we can investigate

  • FormationIQ: which intervals are supported by the records, and how do observed charge and energy throughput vary?
  • FactoryIQ: how do lots compare with declared test specifications and recorded dispositions?
  • MaterialsIQ: how do matched alloy-growth or mass-loss endpoints differ under the same declared exposure?
  • EIS Audit Studio: are impedance units, signs, groupings and measurement consistency ready for interpretation?

Proposed pilot scope

  • Up to 10 CSV files, 10 MB per file, 100,000 rows total and 25 MB total.
  • One agreed export schema and up to five named participants.
  • Up to 12 analyst hours, a data-quality review and reproducible descriptive analysis.
  • One engineering report, one readout and one consolidated revision.

Dataset suitability, schedule, confidentiality and any scope changes are agreed before work begins.

Pilot Value Estimate

Explore a scenario using your own time and cost assumptions. The estimate does not show achieved savings or predict investment returns.

What acceptance means

The agreed files are accounted for; units, grouping and exclusions are documented; selected calculations can be independently reproduced within agreed tolerances; limitations and unresolved questions appear in the report; and the agreed deliverables and readout are provided.

Acceptance does not require a favorable factory result, a detected defect or a financial saving.

Keep production authority with your team

The pilot does not command equipment, change charge recipes, automatically release or reject products, establish a battery health estimator, or provide ongoing integrations. Throughput is not rated capacity; an out-of-spec measurement is not automatically scrap.

Share only non-confidential scoping details through the inquiry form. A separate authorized data-transfer and retention agreement is required for factory files.

AFTER THE PILOT

Decide what deserves
an operational investment.

Industrial Integration Pilot and Industrial Site / Enterprise remain available as scoping pathways. Any proposal must specify interfaces, security, acceptance evidence, support, maintenance and costs. The first pilot does not commit you to rollout.

Lithium-ion and other battery or materials workflows can also be scoped. Shared arithmetic does not establish chemistry-independent physical interpretation.
